1. Service

Agentic Storefront provides an AI-driven business automation SaaS platform. The service is provided on a subscription and usage-based billing basis.

2. Acceptable use

• You must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian's consent
• You must not use Agentic Storefront for illegal activities, harassment, or to violate third-party rights
• You are responsible for any content you generate using the platform
• Automated scraping or abuse of platform resources is prohibited

3. Payment and refund

• Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe
• Usage-based charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, at our discretion

4. Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

5. Limitation of liability

Agentic Storefront is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
